Privacy Policy

Introduction

Optimum International Holding Group (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant regulations. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information obtained through our website (the “Site”) and related contact services. By using our Site or submitting information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or provide personal data. This Policy is intended for a general audience and is published in accordance with international standards of transparency and fairness.

Scope: This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through our Site, including information you submit via our Contact Us form (whether for business inquiries or job applications). It does not apply to any third-party websites or services that may be linked on our Site; such external sites are governed by their own privacy policies.

Information We Collect

We collect both information that you actively provide to us (for example, by filling out forms or sending communications) and information collected automatically when you use our Site.

Information You Provide

Contact and Inquiry Information: When you fill out our Contact Us form or otherwise reach out to us, we collect personal information that you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company/organization, and the content of your message or inquiry. For example, if you are a potential buyer requesting information about one of our products or services, you will need to supply contact details and describe your needs so that we can respond.

CV/Resume and Job Application Information: Our Site also allows you to submit a CV or résumé (for instance, if you are inquiring about employment opportunities or sending your credentials). If you submit a resume or job application through our Site, we will collect the personal details included in that submission. This typically includes information such as your name, contact details (email, address, phone number), work experience and employment history, educational background, and any other information you choose to provide about yourself (skills, qualifications, etc.). We will use the information in your CV or application solely for recruitment purposes – for example, to evaluate your qualifications and contact you about current or future employment opportunities. We do not ask applicants to submit sensitive personal information (such as health data, racial/ethnic origin, or financial details) at this stage, and we request that you refrain from including such sensitive data in your submission.

Information Collected Automatically

Device and Usage Data: Like many websites, our Site automatically collects certain information about your device and how you interact with the Site. This information may include your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and regional settings (such as language and time zone). We also log usage data such as the pages or content you view, the dates/times of your visits, the page that referred you to our Site, and your browsing actions on our Site. This technical and usage information is collected in order to understand how visitors use our Site, to maintain security, and to help us improve our website’s performance and user experience.

Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons) to collect some of the data mentioned above. Cookies are small text files that websites store on your browser or device; they help websites function, remember user preferences, and gather analytics information. On our Site, cookies are primarily used for analytics and site functionality purposes, and only rarely for advertising. For instance, we may use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to gain insights into website traffic and usage patterns. These analytics providers may use cookies to collect information and may combine that information with data from other sites to contextualize and personalize ads on their own networks. However, we do not use cookies to serve targeted advertising on our Site on a routine basis (any advertising or re-marketing use of cookies is minimal and infrequent). You have choices regarding cookies: most web browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies, and you can adjust your browser settings to alert you when cookies are being used. Please note that if you disable certain cookies, some features of the Site may not function properly.

For more details on how we use cookies and analytics, please see Cookies and Analytics below.

Cookies and Analytics

Use of Cookies: As noted, we utilize cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience and gather analytics about our Site’s performance. Cookies help us recognize you when you return to the Site and can store your preferences. We use cookies to analyze how users navigate our Site (for example, which pages are most visited and how users move through the Site) in order to improve our content and design. Our cookies may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data (e.g., pages viewed and time spent). This information is generally aggregated and does not directly identify you; it is used to generate reports on website usage and to find ways to make our Site more intuitive and usefulgdpr.eu.

Analytics Tools: We partner with third-party analytics services, notably Google Analytics, to better understand our site traffic. Google Analytics uses its own cookies to collect data about how visitors use our Site. The information generated (which may include your IP address and browsing data) is transmitted to Google and used to evaluate use of the Site and compile reports for us on activity. Google may also use the data collected from our Site for its own purposes, such as improving its services and personalizing ads in its advertising network. You can learn more about how Google processes data in Google’s Privacy Policy. If you prefer to opt out of Google Analytics, Google provides a browser add-on for opting out of analytics tracking. By installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, you can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data on our Site. (Please note that this opt-out is specific to Google Analytics and does not affect other cookies or tracking tools.)

Advertising and Third-Party Cookies: As of now, our use of advertising cookies is very limited. We do not serve personalized third-party ads on our Site except possibly in minor cases such as retargeting promotions for our own services. In some instances, we might use pixels or cookies from services like Google or Facebook to measure the effectiveness of our content or to reach users who have shown interest in our Group’s offerings (for example, a retargeting pixel). Any such advertising or marketing-related cookies will be used in compliance with applicable law, and where required, we will request your consent before placing those cookies. You can always opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting your browser or device settings, or via industry opt-out mechanisms (such as the Network Advertising Initiative or Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out pages).

Your Choices: When you first visit our Site, you may see a cookies notice or banner (if required by law in your region). You can set your cookie preferences at that time. Additionally, you can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. For example, you may refuse all cookies or accept only certain types. Keep in mind that declining cookies might impact the functionality of the Site (for instance, disabling cookies may prevent forms from submitting properly or cause parts of the Site to not load as intended). Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals, but we only process cookies as described above. If you have questions about our use of cookies or how to adjust your preferences, you may contact us for more information.

How We Use Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes, and we ensure that such use is lawful and relevant to our relationship with you. The primary purposes for which we process your personal data include:

  • To Respond to Inquiries and Requests: We will use your contact information and message details to respond to the inquiries or requests you submit. For example, if you are interested in one of our subsidiaries’ products or services, we will use your information to get in touch with you and provide the requested information. This may include forwarding or routing your inquiry to the appropriate subsidiary or affiliate within our Group so that they can follow up with you directly. Our goal is to address your needs, answer your questions, and facilitate any potential business relationship or transaction you are seeking.
  • To Process and Evaluate Job Applications: If you submit a CV or express interest in employment, we will use the personal data you provide (such as your work history and qualifications) to assess your suitability for current or future job openings. We (and, if applicable, our relevant affiliated companies) will review your information to evaluate your candidacy and contact you about the recruitment process. Your information may also be retained for a period in case other positions become available, as described in Data Retention below.
  • To Communicate with You: We may use your contact details to communicate with you about our operations or respond to any follow-up communications from you. For instance, we might send you an email confirming receipt of your inquiry, or we may reach out by phone if that is your preferred contact method. Additionally, if you have opted in to receive updates or newsletters from us (for example, if we add such an option in the future), we will use your information to send you those communications. We will only send you marketing or promotional emails if you have consented to receive them, or if you are an existing business contact where applicable laws allow such communications based on our legitimate interests. In any marketing email we send, we will provide an easy way for you to unsubscribe or opt out of future messages. We do not send frequent advertising communications, and you will not receive advertising from us unless it’s relevant to a request you made or you have otherwise agreed to it (for example, by requesting a newsletter).
  • To Improve and Personalize Our Services: We use the data collected (especially aggregated technical and analytics information) to maintain and improve our website, products, and services. This includes analyzing how users use our Site, troubleshooting technical issues, and making enhancements to user experience and content. For example, understanding which pages are most visited or how users navigate helps us optimize the Site’s layout and content. We also use information (like feedback you might provide) to develop new features or services that better serve our visitors and customers. These processing activities are undertaken to pursue our legitimate interest in running an effective and innovative business and improving customer satisfaction.
  • To Ensure Security and Prevent Fraud: We may process personal data as needed to protect our website, systems, and users. This includes using certain information to maintain the security of the Site, to detect and prevent fraudulent activity or misuse (such as spam submissions or hacking attempts), and to enforce our website’s terms of use. Ensuring the integrity and safety of our operations is an important part of our service improvement efforts.
  • To Comply with Legal Obligations: We will use or disclose your personal information when necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or enforceable governmental requests. For example, we may process data to satisfy reporting obligations, to respond to lawful requests by public authorities, or as evidence in litigation if needed. We also may use your information to exercise or defend our legal rights (including in debt collection or legal claims) and to ensure compliance with our contractual commitments and internal policies (including our Terms and Conditions).
  • Other Purposes Disclosed at Collection: From time to time, we may process your personal data for purposes that are not listed above but will be disclosed to you at the point we collect the information. We will always explain the purpose at the time of collection if it is not obvious. We will not use your personal information for any purpose that is incompatible with the reasons outlined in this Policy or that we did not inform you about, without obtaining your consent or unless required or permitted by law.

Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK visitors): If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, our processing of your personal information will be justified by one or more lawful grounds under GDPR. In most cases, the legal basis will be that the processing is necessary for our legitimate interests – for example, it is in our legitimate interest to respond to your inquiries, to forward your information to the relevant subsidiary to fulfill your request, and to improve our services (we consider these uses to be proportionate and not intrusive, in line with your reasonable expectations when you contact us). Where you submit a job application, we consider that processing necessary as a step at your request prior to potentially entering into an employment contract. If we send direct marketing communications, we will do so either with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. In all cases, we balance our legitimate interests against your privacy rights. If required by law, we will obtain your consent for specific processing (for instance, for certain cookies or optional marketing emails) – and you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time (see Your Rights and Choices below). We will also process personal data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., employment laws, financial regulations, etc.) or to protect vital interests or the public interest when applicable. If you have any questions about the legal bases for our data processing in your jurisdiction, you can contact us for more information.

Sharing of Your Information

We value your privacy and handle your personal information with care. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or profit. However, in order to run our business and fulfill the purposes described above, we do share your information with certain parties in the following circumstances:

  • Within Our Corporate Group (Affiliates and Subsidiaries): Because Optimum International Holding Group is an international holding company with various subsidiaries in industries like Oil & Gas, Gold & Jewelry, Cosmetics, Food & Agriculture, and Investment, we will share your information with our affiliated entities as needed to serve you. If you submit an inquiry or request on our main website that relates to one of our subsidiaries’ products or services, we will forward your information to the appropriate subsidiary or affiliate so they can respond to you directly. For example, if you inquire about purchasing a food product, your contact details and request may be sent to Optimum Foods (one of our subsidiaries) so they can provide the information or service you requested. Similarly, a résumé submitted through our Site may be shared with the relevant branch or subsidiary that is hiring. All our subsidiaries and affiliates receiving your data are required to handle your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and with adequate security. If you do not want us to share your information with our subsidiaries or affiliates, please let us know (though keep in mind that in many cases such sharing is necessary to fulfill your request). Our affiliates will only use your data for the purposes described in this Policy, unless otherwise communicated to you.
  • Service Providers and Business Partners: We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who perform services and functions on our behalf to support our operations. This includes, for example, companies that provide website hosting, data storage, and cloud services; IT support and security services; email delivery and customer communication tools; analytics and advertising partners (such as Google, as discussed in the Cookies section); and professional advisors (like auditors or legal counsel). These service providers are given access only to the information necessary for them to perform their specific tasks, and they are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes of providing services to us. For instance, our web hosting provider will necessarily process data that you enter on our Site, and an email service might handle the messages we send to you. We ensure that any third-party agents or contractors are bound by appropriate confidentiality and data protection requirements. We do not allow our service providers to use your personal data for their own marketing or other purposes not authorized by us.
  • Business Transfers or Corporate Transactions: If the Company undergoes a business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, reorganization, or sale of all or part of its assets, your personal information may be disclosed to potential or actual purchasers and other parties involved in the transaction (such as professional advisors), and may be transferred as part of the business assets to the new owner. For example, if another company acquires Optimum International Holding Group or any of its major business units, customer and user information (including the data collected through this Site) would likely be one of the assets transferred. In such cases, we will ensure that your personal data continues to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy, or we will inform you and obtain any necessary consents. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any successor entity may continue to use your information as set forth in this Policy.
  • Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we determine that such disclosure is legally required or reasonably necessary to comply with the law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. This includes responding to subpoenas, court orders, or similar legal process. We may also share information as necessary to protect our rights, property, and safety, or the rights, property, and safety of our subsidiaries, our users, or others. For example, we might release information to law enforcement in cases involving fraud or security threats. Additionally, if you are in a jurisdiction that provides for consumer data rights (such as California), and you exercise a lawful request (for instance, a request to know or delete data), we may need to disclose information to verify your identity or fulfill the request as required by law. Any disclosure for legal reasons will be done in accordance with applicable laws and with due regard for your privacy.
  • With Your Consent: Apart from the situations outlined above, we will share your personal information with third parties only if you have given us consent to do so. For instance, if you consent to us providing your details to a business partner for their direct marketing purposes, or if you instruct us to share your information with a third-party service, we will do so according to your direction. In such cases, we will make clear to you what information will be shared and with whom, and your decision will be respected. If you change your mind, you may contact us to withdraw your consent at any time.

We reiterate that we do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party for their independent use (such as their own marketing). Any sharing of data is solely for the purposes described in this Policy – to facilitate your requests, run our business, comply with the law, or with your explicit consent. Where we disclose personal information to service providers or other third parties, we take steps to ensure they commit to keeping your information confidential and secure.

Intenational Data Transfers

Optimum International Holding Group operates in multiple countries (our company is registered in Thailand and in the United Arab Emirates, and our business interests are global). This means that your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or accessed from countries other than your own. For example, if you submit information via our Site from outside of Thailand or the UAE, that information will be transmitted to our servers and offices in Thailand, the UAE, or other locations where our group operates or where our service providers maintain facilities. Likewise, information may be routed to a subsidiary in the country best suited to respond to your inquiry (which could be in a different country from where you reside).

While data protection laws vary by country, we take measures to ensure that your personal information remains protected according to the principles of this Privacy Policy and applicable law regardless of where it is processed. In other words, when we transfer your information internationally, we will protect it as described herein and in line with internationally recognized privacy standards. We have implemented appropriate safeguards to legally transfer personal data across borders. These may include entering into standard data protection clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses) as approved by the European Commission for transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom to countries that are not deemed to have adequate data protection laws. For example, if we collect information from individuals in the EEA and then transfer it to our databases in Thailand or the UAE, we will do so under contractual terms that ensure an adequate level of protection for the transferred data in compliance with GDPR requirements.

By using our Site or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your home country, including Thailand, the UAE, or any other country in which we or our affiliates or service providers maintain operations. These countries may have data protection rules that are different from those of your country (and in some cases, not as protective). In all such cases, we will take reasonable steps to protect your privacy as outlined in this Policy. If you prefer not to have your personal information transferred to other countries, please do not use our Site or submit personal information to us. However, please understand that we may be unable to provide certain services or respond to certain requests without cross-border data transfers (for instance, we cannot effectively respond to a request if we cannot send it to the relevant international subsidiary).

If you have questions about our international data handling or want to learn more about the safeguards we have in place, you can contact us using the details provided in the Contact Us section at the end of this Policy.

Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. In general, this means that we keep the information you provide to us for as long as is required to communicate with you and handle your request or relationship with us, and for a reasonable period thereafter.

For example, if you contact us with a question or potential business inquiry, we may retain your correspondence and our response for our records (to manage our relationship and to have context for any future communications), typically for a period that allows us to reference previous interactions. If you submit a CV or job application and you are not immediately hired, we may keep your resume on file for a certain duration (e.g., 6–12 months, or as required by local law) in case a suitable position opens later, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Information collected via cookies and analytics is retained according to the tool’s specifications (for instance, Google Analytics data may be retained for a set period that we determine in our Google Analytics settings, often 14 months or as otherwise configured, unless we remove it sooner).

When determining the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the nature and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and applicable legal requirements (such as statutes of limitations and regulatory obligations). We strive not to keep personal data for longer than necessary. Once the retention period expires or the intended purposes have been fulfilled, we will securely dispose of or anonymize your personal information. For instance, we may delete electronic records, securely shred documents, or remove identifiers from data sets so that the information can no longer be associated with you.

In some cases, we may retain certain information for longer if required by law or if needed for legitimate business purposes. For example, records of transactions or communications may be kept if they are subject to audits, investigations, or to comply with financial or employment regulations. We may also retain basic contact details on an “opt-out” list if you have unsubscribed from communications, to ensure we do not inadvertently contact you in the future.

If you have questions about our data retention practices (for example, if you want to know how long we keep a specific type of data), please contact us. In some circumstances, you may have the right to request that we delete your personal information earlier (see Your Rights and Choices below), and we will do so unless a lawful exception applies.

Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. The Company has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in line with industry standards. For example, we use secure servers and firewalls to protect our IT infrastructure, employ encryption and access controls where appropriate, and ensure our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations. We also limit access to personal information to those persons in our organization (or subcontractors) who have a business need to know and who are subject to a duty to maintain confidentiality.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information in all circumstances. Cyber threats evolve rapidly, and there is always some risk that data may be accessed or intercepted unlawfully despite our best efforts. We therefore make no warranty or guarantee regarding the absolute security of personal information. You share information with us at your own risk, and we ask that you also take precautions — for example, do not send highly sensitive information through unsecured channels, and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your or our data.

In the unfortunate event of a data breach or security incident that affects your personal information, we will act promptly to mitigate the impact and comply with any notification or other requirements under applicable law. This may include informing you and relevant authorities if required by law.

Protecting Yourself: It is also important for you to guard against unauthorized access to your account information (if any) and to your devices. Be sure to use strong passwords and keep them confidential. We will never ask you for your password via phone or email, so if you receive such a request, it may be a phishing attempt.

If you believe that your interaction with us or your personal data may no longer be secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you have with us has been compromised), please notify us immediately using the contact information below so that we can take appropriate action.

Your Rights and Choices

You may have certain rights regarding your personal information, depending on the laws that apply to your situation. We are committed to honoring your rights and providing you with appropriate control over your data. These rights may include:

  • Right of Access: You have the right to request confirmation of whether we are processing personal information about you, and if so, to request a copy of the information we hold about you, as well as information about how we use and share it. We will provide this in a concise and accessible form, generally within the timeframe required by law.
  • Right of Correction (Rectification): If any of your personal data we have is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct or update it. We encourage you to help us keep your information current by informing us of any changes, such as a new email address or phone number.
  • Right to Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information under certain circumstances. For example, if the data is no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected, or if you withdraw your consent (where applicable) and no other legal basis for processing exists, or if you object to processing and we have no overriding legitimate grounds to continue, you may ask that your information be erased. Please note that this right is not absolute – sometimes we must retain certain data to comply with legal obligations or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If we cannot honor a deletion request, we will explain the reasons (such as record-keeping requirements) to you.
  • Right to Data Portability: For data that you have provided to us and that we process by automated means on the basis of consent or contract, you have the right to obtain a copy of such data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to request that we transfer it to another controller, where technically feasible. This right facilitates the movement of your personal data between services.
  • Right to Object to Processing: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal information in certain scenarios. In particular, you can object to processing that is based on our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) if you believe it impacts your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, which includes profiling related to direct marketing. If you exercise this right, we will stop processing your data for those purposes. In practice, you can always opt out of our marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent to process your personal information (for example, if you consented to receive a newsletter or allowed non-essential cookies), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, and it will not affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. If you withdraw consent for a specific feature (like analytics cookies), we will stop the related data processing.
  • Privacy Choices (Opt-Out): In addition to the above formal rights, we strive to provide you with practical choices. You may opt out of email marketing by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional emails. You may disable cookies as described in the Cookies and Analytics section. If we ever engage in practices that involve “selling” personal information or “sharing” it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act), we will provide you with the right to opt out of such sale or sharing. As stated, we do not sell personal data, and any sharing we do is either for our own business purposes or with your consent, so an opt-out of sale is generally not applicable. Nonetheless, we respect Do Not Sell or Share requests and signals to the extent they may become relevant, and we treat opt-out preference signals in browser settings in accordance with relevant legal requirements.

These rights are subject to various conditions and exceptions under applicable law. For instance, we might not be able to fully comply if your exercise of a right would interfere with our legal obligations, if we cannot verify your identity, or if fulfilling your request would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others. We will respond to any eligible request within the timeframe required by law (typically within 30 days, with the possibility of an extension if necessary). We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

How to Exercise Your Rights: To exercise the rights described above, please contact us using the information provided in Contact Us below. Provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity (we may ask for additional verification information for security) and clarify the specific request you are making. For example, in the case of an access or deletion request, let us know which data or processing activities you are referring to. We will confirm receipt of your request and communicate with you as needed to fulfill it. In some cases, we may have valid legal reasons to decline your request, in which case we will inform you of those reasons.

California and Other Jurisdictions: If you are a resident of certain states or countries that provide additional privacy rights (such as California, under the CCPA/CPRA, or Brazil under the LGPD, etc.), those rights are encompassed in the above list and we will honor them. California consumers, for instance, have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the sources, purposes, and third parties with whom we share it, as well as the right to correct, delete, and opt-out of certain sharing. This Policy is intended to provide that information. California users who wish to exercise rights specific to the CCPA (like obtaining a list of personal information collected/disclosed in the past 12 months) can also contact us as described, and we will facilitate those requests in accordance with the law. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, so the opt-out of sale/sharing is more of a formality in our context.

Complaints: If you believe that we have not addressed your privacy-related concern satisfactorily, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority or other relevant regulator in your jurisdiction. For example, individuals in the EU/EEA can contact their country’s Supervisory Authority for data protection, and individuals in the UK can reach out to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Contact details for data protection authorities are usually available on their official websites. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach a regulator, so please consider contacting us first, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Children Privacy

Our Site and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of consent in certain jurisdictions, which may be 16 for the European Union). We do not intend to solicit or receive information from minors. If you are under 13, please do not submit any personal information to us. Parents and guardians should be aware of their children’s online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers to help provide a child-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children from disclosing their name, address, and other personal information without parental permission.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your country) without appropriate consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. If you believe that a child for whom you are responsible has provided personal data to us without your consent, please contact us so that we can investigate and remove the data as necessary. We may ask for proof of guardianship in such cases to ensure we are communicating with the child’s parent or legal guardian.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update or revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. Optimum International Holding Group reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated policy on our Site (and adjusting the effective date at the top of the Policy). If the changes are material, we may also provide a more prominent notice or seek your consent as required by law – for example, by posting a notice on our homepage or sending you an email notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you visit our Site to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to this Policy have been posted will signify your acceptance of those changes, to the extent permitted by law.

For reference, we will update the “Effective Date” to indicate when the latest changes were made. Prior versions of our Privacy Policy may be available upon request if you wish to see how our practices have evolved.
